In 2016 Jackie helped found Write Creations Group, LLC, partnering with organizations to facilitate youth development trainings and refine youth development resources.

Jackie has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University and a Master of Philosophy degree in Race—Ethnicity—Conflict Resolution from Trinity College, Dublin. Outside of work, Jackie serves on the planning committee for the Conference for Neighbors and volunteers with organizations such as the Nashville Symphony.
