Jim Williamson has served as the Senior Director of the South Central Zone for the NAZA Initiative since 2010.

Jim has over two decades of experience serving young people and their families in Nashville. Before joining the NAZA team, Jim worked with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee for eight years. As Vice President of Program Services, he oversaw all aspects of the operations of five Club sites and provided leadership in the areas of program quality, staff management and budget development.

As the founding Nashville City Director for the Center for Student Missions, Jim worked to establish a new citywide urban outreach program. Under his leadership, the organization established partnerships with 30 area nonprofits and provided nearly 27,000 volunteer service days. He has also worked with several government agencies, including the Refugee Services Division of Metro (Nashville) Social Services.

Over the course of his career, Jim has demonstrated a passion for those in need. He is driven to positively impact the lives of young people and their families. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University and a Masters Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Management and Community Service from the University of Tennessee.

Jim is a native of Nashville, Tennessee where he currently lives with his wife Sheridyn and their daughter Maicey.
