Mollie’s background includes over 10 years’ experience with youth in a variety of settings, including programs, administration, and research & development. Prior to joining the NAZA team, she was a Regional Director at Covenant House, an international organization serving homeless and at-risk youth. She launched the organization’s institute for research, advocacy, and leadership development, and co-authored a national research study on homeless youth with leading experts at Columbia University. More recently, she was the Director of Events & Community Programs at a professional culinary school in New York City, where she created culinary training programs for inner-city youth and developed program, marketing, and event partnerships with non-profit organizations. Mollie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College and an M.A. in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, and volunteering with Edible Nashville, a local food magazine.
