Open to youth development professionals citywide, this FREE conference will feature sessions on youth leadership, parent/caregiver engagement, program recruitment strategies, behavior management, and more! Learn how to integrate the practices of Nashville’s Vision for Holistic Youth Development in your work. We’ll have sessions tailored both to organizational leadership/administrative staff as well as front-line/program staff.
