We enjoyed spending the day with over 100 local youth development professionals at last week’s Learn, Engage, Develop! (L.E.D.) Conference!
Participants enjoyed 12 workshops and panels covering topics including program planning, family engagement, cultural competency, holistic skill development, and more.
For the past 3 years, the L.E.D. Conference has been offered free of charge to afterschool workers, teachers, counselors, and other youth development professionals. The conference is held each March at the Main Library in downtown Nashville.
