Backfield in Motion
Backfield in Motion will provide an onsite and virtual extended learning program for male students enrolled in the Metro Nashville Public School system. Certified Metro Nashville Public School teachers will host ZOOM classes in reading/language arts and homework help. Backfield in Motion will employ Program Coordinators to teach character education and mentor the students. The Rites of Passage curriculum taught in Metro schools will be used by our staff to improve the students social and emotional learning. Enrichment activities will include E-sports and various other electronic games.

Black Lemonade Superhero Collective
Black Lemonade was founded in June of 2020 in response to the indifference in the world. Our founder was approached by a a colleague who said we need to do something. While having this conversation, our founder was in the dollar tree where she saw a display of lemon decor. Then it hit her "When life gives you lemons, make Lemonade."

LEGENDS @ HADLEY PARK (METRO PARKS)
Metro Parks and Recreation summer and afterschool program for middle-schoolers is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where youth feel socially and emotionally safe, positive youth development principles prevail, and learning is fun and engaging. We create an out-of-school-time culture where youth can develop untapped potential, feel empowered to learn about themselves, and are given opportunities to engage in their community. Our activity offerings include: • STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) • Service-Learning • Social & Emotional Learning • Nutrition, Health, & Wellness.

Stars of Bethlehem
STARS of Bethlehem Afterschool Program, is a School-Year Afterschool Program for North Nashville Youth in Grades 5- 8. The Stars Of Bethlehem Program is a comprehensive, stimulating and fun initiative that provides afterschool tutoring, health and fitness education, field trips, intramural sports, electives, ARTS education, fun social fellowship, alcohol and drug prevention and extended supplemental services such as summer camps, job-readiness training, character education, social development and family empowerment.
